Our Registered Bridal Consultants will be pleased to help you make the right choices. We feature many patterns of dinnerware, flatware, and crystal as well as a wide selection of gifts and decorative accessories to make your new home special. For your convenience, as well as your guests, our bridal registry is computerized and updated daily.

Let your friends know you have registered with us and when they visit our store, or shop by phone, they can choose something from your registry. Your guest's card will be enclosed with the gift and we will make the appropriate delivery arrangements. Each gift will then be recorded in your bridal file.

Our Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy is recommended by National Bridal Service, a prestigious organization of specialty stores.

We will gladly exchange any gift from our store within in 90 days of your wedding. Gifts may be exchanged to balance your patterns or for other decorative accessories. This does not apply to engraved or special order merchandise. Bridal credits may not be applied to previous account balances, nor are able to give cash refunds.

In order to serve you more efficiently, gift exchanges will be by appointment only. Unfortunately, during December it is virtually impossible to make exchanges. We therefore request that you make them in January.

To avoid scratching your gifts, each piece should be kept separate and not stacked. Unfortunately,we are unable to accept scratched or damaged merchandise for exchange. Please do not affix stickers on merchandise or polish any silver that you would like to return.

When you receive Claude Moore gift cards, please return them within 90 days. After 90 days, gift cards not returned will be void. Additionally, gift card merchandise will only be ordered after the cards are returned to our store.
